We are right here in Rawai Beach, which is the home for so many local fishermen who sell their catch on the shore, minutes away from us, never going through trucks and markets. Called Fresh. We know what to buy and when to buy it.

Stuffed, Wrapped, Steamed in herbs and spices, cooked with garlic and peppers, deep fried, baked, roasted, all of the seafood dishes you can think of.

Western Entrees and Dishes
Great Pasta's, steaks, salads, things that Kristin is doing from her Swiss background. High Praise at all times.

Thai Entrees: makes sense.

From the Thai cuisine, it is here. Some things are more special than others because Aeg likes to cook them best, but it is all possible. Mee Krob, Garlic Shrimp, Squid, Chicken or Pork is a standard, but so are things like Chicken with Sweet Basil Leaves or Beef with Oyster Sauce. It makes sense that some things are best from cart vendors or small shops, and some things happen best in the restaurant.

We know what is good and how to do it, or not do it. We like to present good looking, good tasting, fresh and wonderful food that is unique to Thailand. This is Thailand, and we think you came here for exactly this.

Laab (Spiced beef with Mint leaves), Satay's, Spring Rolls, Kanam Pang Naa Moo (pork squares), Tod Mun Pla (seafood or fish patties), part of the list for a start.

Rice and Noodles
Count the stars in the sky: we do them all from Phad Thai to Kao Phad Sapparot, and most dishes in between. It is not rocket science, Thailand lives on rice and noodles, and we do them accurately.

Desserts

Fresh Fruit from nearby growers, believe us. And from the market, usually. Also things can appear like Sankhaya -- coconut custard, or sticky rice and mango if you choose, fried banana's, creme brule and more. Fresh Fruit is the standard, makes sense.

Sauces and condiments, hot and spicy or NOT.

We do all of the sauces associated and necessary for Thai food. And, for sure, we have respect for people that prefer not-so-spicy food. Not just foreigners, a lot of Thai people don't care for "spicy", we know what to do. Also, respect for those that are sensitive to MSG, we will not add it to any dish if you choose that. Becoming a frequent request.

Drinks and Beverages

We start with Heiniken Beer on tap, and we have most all of the other beers in bottles, Singha, Tiger, Chang, Heineken, and some nice other imported beers too.

We have a full bar with good selections of call liquors, and we have fair prices. This is not Patong or Kata.

We have a small selection of wine, fair prices and appropriate for the evening, fair prices. Vintage bottles or house wine, all your choice. If you know wine, then you know what you see. gay

Fresh fruit drinks, soft drinks, bottled spring water if you want, all here.
